Advisory Board & Board of Directors

The executive board is responsible for all affairs of the association, as far as they are not assigned to another organ of the association by the statutes. In particular, the Executive Board has the following tasks:

• convocation of the general meeting,
• execution of the resolutions of the general meeting,
• Submission of the budget for each financial year; Presentation and presentation of an annual report.

The Advisory Board advises the Executive Board on all basic content and strategic issues as well as on questions of financing and further promotion of the association.
