Members and Membership
We distinguish between different types of membership.
Full membership
Private and public universities in Lower Saxony.
Associate membership
Universities from other federal states, public-law corporations, associations, or other organisations.
The board is responsible for all matters of the association, insofar as they are not assigned to another body of the association by the statutes. In particular, the board has the following duties:
Convening the general assembly,
Implementation of the resolutions of the general assembly,
Presentation of the budget for each financial year; preparation and submission of an annual report.
