Yes. We ensure regular and secure backups so that your content is always protected and can be restored if necessary.
The fully managed hosting from elan e. V. includes regular updates as well as maintenance and monitoring of the system.
For hosting, we use the servers of the Academic Cloud, operated by GWDG. The GWDG’s academic data centre, along with its servers, is located in Göttingen.
For universities, we generally charge only 7% VAT. For all other customers, the applicable VAT rate must be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Yes - LEIHS offers interfaces and supports connections to existing systems, such as LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) for user management.
