Office-Management
You will work on site in the office in Oldenburg approximately two days per week.
You support and contribute to the digitalisation of office processes.
You manage documents and receipts.
You assist with our contract management.
You prepare transfers and verify our incoming payments.
You are responsible for processing invoices and managing receivables.
You check our incoming invoices.
You review and manage our customers’ quotations.
You provide support in the sales back office, with a focus on after-sales.
You represent our sales manager when needed.
You communicate with our customers in writing and by phone, in both German and English.
You handle correspondence and schedule management with network and cooperation partners, customers, and service providers.
You plan and organise travel arrangements.
You prepare meetings and sessions.
You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable degree.
You have professional experience in accounting/financial management.
You have excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of workflow management.
You identify and take on tasks independently and proactively, and you find it easy to organise them effectively.
You enjoy working in a team, coordinate effectively with your colleagues, and communicate clearly.
You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
You have good written and spoken English skills.
Your communication with customers, network partners, and service providers is proactive and professional.
You handle information confidentially and act with a high level of responsibility.
You are motivated to actively support change and digitalisation processes.

Remote work:up to 60% remote. However, if you prefer, you can of course also use an office workspace at one of our locations in Oldenburg or Osnabrück.
