This project supports the development of an information and advisory portal for the Servicestelle Offene Hochschule Niedersachsen gGmbH and the creation of interactive online preparatory courses as well as other media-based learning materials for the target group of the Open University of Lower Saxony.
As part of this project funded by the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony (MWK), elan e.V. provides and operates the platform on which the various online courses are hosted. In addition, elan e.V. commissions subject-matter experts from its member universities to create several online mathematics courses. Together with the OHN service office, elan e.V. is also jointly responsible for the continued development of the OHN Course Portal.

In the follow-up project OHN Course Portal, which is initially funded until the end of 2018, elan e.V. takes on the additional task of conducting an evaluation aimed at improving the quality of the course offerings, in coordination with the project management and other consortium partners.
