ILIAS has been developed primarily to digitalise and simplify teaching scenarios, whether in academic institutions or within companies. OpenID Connect – Modern Single Sign-On Solution for Web & Cloud

OpenID Connect (OIDC) provides a flexible and modern authentication solution based on OAuth 2.0. It enables seamless single sign-on experiences for web applications, mobile apps, and cloud services. Users can log in once and then securely access all connected services—regardless of platform or device. Thanks to its modern token architecture, OIDC also supports complex security requirements such as multi-factor authentication and fine-grained access controls.

LDAP & Active Directory – Centralised User and Permissions Management

With LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and Microsoft Active Directory, we rely on proven technologies for the central management of user data, groups, and permissions.
