ELAN e.V. is co-organizer of an online event on the subject of AI generators for different media forms. The online event would first like to focus on the potential of using AI generators in the university environment, and then go into the legal implications for the use of AI generators. In particular, copyright and examination law perspectives should be taken into account in order to provide an initial classification and orientation for different actors at the universities.
This online event is organized and conducted by the Multimedia Kontor Hamburg (MMKH) in close cooperation with ELAN e.V. and Virtual Campus Rhineland-Palatinate (VCRP) . The series of events that was successfully launched in 2021 in partnership with the Network state institutions for digital university teaching (NeL) will be continued in 2023 - and in the area of AI through an event partnership with the Foundation for Innovation in University Teaching
